epic integration 'failed captcha'

when I try to log in to epic via the authentication inside the app (w11 32gb ram 3070 etc), before I can her insert any Data, I am told that my captcha has failed. while I finally put in my information I can no longer click sign in As unavailable to click due to the previous erroneous attempt.
