Improve the global search and filter to be truly global

Feature description

When search or filter games why not utilize all the fields to their fullest potential?

Currently fields like Notes, Description,Time Played, Installation Folder remain excluded from global search / filter

So i recommend that

For search introduce a "mode switch" toggle that indexes all the fields

For filter besides a set of checkboxes, implement a query language which works for global search as well
