Bug Description

Scrolling not working properly when smooth scrolling is enabled and using joyXoff with a controller. Scroll moves an almost unnoticeable amount if I tilt the stick. The only way to move is to move the stick up or down several times in rapid succession

To Reproduce

  • Use joyXoff and map right stick to control mouse scrolling
  • Enable smooth scrolling in GridView or DetailsView
  • Try scrolling up and down in the enabled view
