Touchpad scrolling is very jumpy and unreliable.

Describe the bug Touchpad scrolling seems to not be properly implemented, so the app thinks it's just a regular scroll wheel. Because of this, the app scrolls very quickly and makes scrolling with a touchpad very inefficient.

To Reproduce

1. Use a touchpad (Windows Precision touchpad, to be exact)
2. Scroll

Just ran into this behavior as well, for me touchpad scrolling when using laptop is waaaay too fast. Also using a windows precision touchpad on an Asus laptop
