Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • Update all issue templates to be like: https://github.com/npm/cli/blob/latest/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_7.yml
  • Actually the process is in beta status so this issue will have to wait a bit.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Create checkboxes to fill with text
