Public POST API not working

Hi, I'm trying to contact the public API but every time I received 0.0 as result of each location requested; I tried both GET and POST request, but the result is always the same. Can someone help me because I'm thinking to use this API in my final project in university!

You're doing something wrong I think, the POST API works fine (tested just now).
