Title bar too dark on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi I want to achieve the same look as shown in the README file. I need to compile using Qt 5.12 on Ubuntu 18.04, and this is the result: Screenshot from 2020-05-25 16-44-52

As you can see the only difference is the dark color of the title bar. How can I fix this to the same color from the README?
