please give example for graphql Subscription with mongoose

Hey, It was on my plans to Implementing a GraphQL Subscription example; I will do it once I am done wrapping up tests for the project. I will implement a simple example, but I also want it to be a general example to get people started, so I'm open to suggestions. Thanks for the feedback!
