what response of changeBalance is "notfound"

hi I just joined the IQ option and have not made a deposit yet. When I try to change the active balance to a demo through a API, I get a "not found" error. It should be noted that when I call profile service, the balances are empty array. "balances":[] Other tests also work properly. Please advise. Thanks
