Hi! you can access the files by adding .tgz to the urls, for example "https://msramllasc.blob.core.windows.net/modelrelease/BioGPT/checkpoints/QA-PubMedQA-BioGPT-Large.tgz" it seems that they have forgotten to add the extensions at all checkpoints.
