Should we be systematic with our search strategy?
Sure. Maybe look at things no later than 1 year old?
In the case of Stack Overflow i don't think the age of it is going to matter very much, there's not an enormous number of Purescript questions on Stack Overflow anyway, as i see it looking at SO is way of getting input from some of the hardest to poll users and would-be users, namely those that might have tried it, got blocked on something small and never surfaced in any Purescript forum where they'd get help. Sort of applies to Slack also, since if one doesn't get an answer fairly promptly it kind of sinks out of view and is lost when the message limit for the Slack instance hits.
At the moment we currently have free access on Slack to the entire history of all channel. I think it's for a period of 1 month only (...and can't remember when it started). But if you want to go back and star/favourite/save any unanswered (or answered) questions for later conversion into a recipe, now would be the time :)
searching "in:#purescript" for "how do" gives 49 pages of results!
but really a lot of them are syntactic (ie smaller than recipes) or ecosystem (ie how to build, bundle, or whatever). i'll try to poke thru the results over the next couple of days and drop any ideas into this thread
(read from Env comes up a lot, is first thing i notice)
