Bastion broke with 0.0.0.0/0 coming from ON-prem

Steps to reproduce the behavior: good morning everyone,

Seems that SSC started to propagate quad zeros route on the BGP , between onprem and Azure , that broke services such bastion , and of course we cant apply UDR on the bastion subnet to overnight that route.
