Clicking outside of a Markdown box should render it

It feels unexpected that if you accidentally click on some markdown/note text, you can't just click anywhere outside of the text field to re-render it as html. I notice that clicking inside another input field does trigger rerendering, but I think it would be most natural to have this triggered no matter where you click outside of the input field in question.

Huh, I guess I'd never tried to do that, because I agree, it does feel wrong! Should be an easy fix ...
