Turning in place on the ground doesn't work

Something in ThroughTheEyes seems to be stomping the desired turn when you're not also moving.

I've spent a lot of time looking at this and I think we might be better off just dropping ThroughTheEyes and reimplementing first person EVA directly.

We really need a state machine to handle all the first/third/iva/map etc transitions.

I managed to fix this in kos-eva, just need the same tweak here.
