FreeIVA: hatch integration

FreeIVA has some logic to work with hatches based on whether there is a part attached on the other side. Right now in KerbalVR, all hatches in the IVA will take you to EVA when you use them; we need to integrate with FreeIVA to open the hatch instead so that you can move between parts.
