Options for setting up training maxes
As it was described in #69 progression is calculated incorrectly and it adds 10lbs instead of 5 to the lifts each week. I correct weights if I remember to do so on the corresponding days through the week
I propose to have explicit settings for main lifts. This would help increasing, deloading and taking care of the progression.
Not sure I understand correctly. Do you want to have separate progression schemes for each main lift like one for squats, one for bench and so on?
