Customizations for the progress scheme
If I have an exceptionally good day in the gym and I get 5 reps on my OHP AMRAP but I know next week I can't work with a 5kg increase I want to lower the progression to 2.5 kg now instead of having to remember to lower the Training Max when adding the new cycle next week.
Also I might want to lock progression for certain lifts if I'm not feeling comfortable upping the weight although I got > 1 reps on my AMRAP
It would be great if it would be possible to increase the minimum rep count from 1+ to 3+ reps for AMRAP set. The progress will be slower but steadier.
PS: Actually I did change 1+ to 3+ for all AMRAP, hope it won't add 10lbs to my bench once I hit 3 reps...
@JonnyBeeGod How many coffees can I get you to get this prioritized? I would like to increase the TM for 5lbs if I hit the custom amount of reps in AMRAP set.

Anyway, changed AMRAP to 3+ on all T1 lifts, and pulled 290x4 so it increased deadlift by 10lbs instead of 5lbs, not a big issue, but got to be careful with progressing too fast.
