How to pin Steam games?

So, I'm having trouble increasing the size of my already pinned Steam games, and I took a look at a previously asked question which at first glance seemed pretty helpful answer-wise: https://github.com/Jonno12345/TileIconifier/issues/38

I guess my main problem is that I don't know how to get the full URI Target. It's definitely not the Path and I've tried the Steam URL and it doesn't work. I specifically want to use the URI Targets because it'll help considering that it specifically works with the shortcut that Steam provides when installing the game initially. Any help?
