Add simplified Chinese translation

I am Chinese and the software is very useful, but I don't have PayPal to donate (not many people in China use or even own PayPal). Therefore, I have provided a simplified Chinese translation to help the development of the software.

ps: It is recommended to put the multi-language files separately in the "lang" folder to facilitate management and update translation
