Created Icons Don't Load Until About 5 Minutes After Start; Two Years, Four Months Since Last Release?

TileIconifier is SO USEFUL! Seems like one of those things that Microsoft should have invented, but a CREATIVE expert has done it independently! BRAVO! Thank you, Johno12345!!
Please, a few things - first, on my PC it takes about 5 minutes for the icons to load soooooo...everything load just BLANK! Kind of like a keyboard with blank keys I need to remember what the blanks are associated with. Strangely, the Chrome icon I created almost ALWAYS does this and...frequently reverts back to default. Anyone else experiencing all this?
Second - seems like the software was last updated over two and a half years ago, and that the developer has not made any replies to issues in a long time? Where are you, Johno12345?
And, to conclude, if you are the developer and you're reading this, encourage you to ask people to donate to the support of this app with every answer you post. As far as I can tell, folks are CRAZY about this wee app, and they'd surely respond.

Hey. I don't have this problem with the tiles. Very -very occasionally windows shell messes up and ruins all the start tiles but is fine on restart.
Are you running on HDD? Or have a lot of startup programs/processes running in background?
