It seems that SFP has changed the preferred location to place your skins in to `Steam/steamui/skins`, which is required for the `friends.custom.css` but the default location for `libraryroot.custom.css` still works
That is my bad, the CSS for the bottom top bar should be disabled by default now
There is some information on how to do so manually here: https://github.com/Jonius7/SteamUI-OldGlory/issues/82#issuecomment-1533275518 But I'll have it as an option in a later update.
`Install CSS Tweaks` is unticked? Or was that you trying different options? Additionally `5.11.2-pre1` is for Steam Beta only, if using Steam Stable use `5.11.1`.
