Use actual smartphone model instead of SM-G928F

The addon currently uses the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus (SM-G928F) in the user agent string. Instead the addon should use the actual device model and only replace neccesary parts of the ua string.

I haven't looked at it in a long while, what any particular reason why the UA string needs to have phone model?

On some pages, like Googles Device History https://myaccount.google.com/device-activity the incorrect phone model appears. At first I thought someone else was using my account...
