Version 1 release

Maybe it's time for v1 stable release?) We've been using v1-alpha for quite some time on prod, and it looks good)

I'm currently working on Chrono, a Dart package for date and time handling. It has designated classes/enums like (plain/local/timezone-independent) Date, Time, YearMonth, and Weekday, which should make the Timetable API easier to understand and use (e.g., no more isUtc). My plan is to publish a first Chrono version soon and then a Timetable alpha version using Chrono, and hopefully publish a stable 1.0.0 soon after
