How to get a list of users who like a current wordpress post & remove unlike system

Now want to display all users list who liked the post in single page under any specific div. Other things in this wordpress post like system have dislike system. But i want to remove dislike system. When a user liked a post. Then the button disable. Because The user cannot do like again or anymore on that post.
