MTAG meta-analysis may result in low heritability

My dear, I would like to know whether using MTAG for meta-analysis will result in too low heritability (Observed h2) of traits calculated by LDSC or LDAK.

We didn't test this formally in the MTAG paper, so a don't have a very rigorous answer for you. I remember seeing a MTAG on IQ (Hill et al maybe?) where they looked a little into this, but I don't recall the exact reference.
