Upgrade to 0.8.0 to fix "unknown provider"

Hi!

Like in issue https://github.com/Jon-Biz/FireUser/issues/4 angularfire 0.8.0 seem to break the lib with the same error. Is there any chance of upgrading to 0.8.0? Can i help?!
