Wallpapers are cycling more quickly than specified in the GUI

I installed v5 via the GNOME site: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1225/wallpaper-changer/

I'm running on Fedora release 31 (Thirty One), with GNOME 3.34.4.

I'm finding that despite the following settings;

  • Time to wait between changing wallpaper (minutes): 30
  • Time to wait between changing wallpaper (hours): 0

It's rotating through my folder more quickly, maybe every few minutes.

Is there somewhere in the CLI to check the parameters, perhaps. or is this a bug?

Guess there may be a race condition.. 👎 I am really unable to fix this issue, as I am not using GNOME anymore. Would be nice if someone wanted to maintain this :)
