UX: Include "Check for timed-out counterparties" button also on other tabs?

Would it make sense to include the button also on the other tabs? Seems they're all affected by it.

Besides, I think it would make sense to rename the button. It's not super intuitive what it does (check != update).

This got ignored but I rather like these suggestions (I suppose to be fair, it is not super important).
