Move wiki from /joinmarket

As a new user I used a lot the wiki from: https://github.com/JoinMarket-Org/joinmarket/wiki. I recommend to add it also to https://github.com/JoinMarket-Org/joinmarket-clientserver/wiki because this is the repository branch where one can find the correct client to use.

I've said it before but I don't believe any user instructions should be in a github wiki. Most, but by no means all, instructions have been moved into the docs/ folder in the repo and I'd appreciate it if people would move everything except for completely non-critical non-instructions-for-users (like maybe background information). Wikis can be edited real time, and doc updates should go through same review as code (if slightly less stringent).

/joinmarket has now been archived; I still believe that wiki should be removed. We now have our documentation accessible outside of github at https://joinmarket-org.github.io/joinmarket-clientserver/ including the new API. Ping @chris-belcher can we remove the wiki?
