Project Description

This is a self-maintained ecosystem. People can get a job or post a job. To start, think about upwork or toptal, in a decentralized way.

User reputation is led by the community. Reputation is important but is not the only thing that you need to consider.

This system is unique because we have EXPERIENCE POINT.

You can gain experience point by working and by supporting the community. You can support the community by helping others, teaching and share your knowledge, give feedback, creating a tutorial and of course, working "through" the platform.

This means that while you work, you gain experience point that helps you to get more work.

Even if you start with 0 experience point, thanks to the platform you can gain experiences points.

Thanks to the platform you can convert experience points with our COIN. With coins you can buy stuff for your avatar, sell it to another user or pay people to work for you.

Here happen the magic.

The platform converts the PAST experience ( that you gained in life, by working, study, etc) in experience points.

If you have a good reputation on Stackoverflow, a lot of follower on twitter, etc we convert it to experience poinst, which you can convert in coins. Before do that, you have to prove your value (also as a person) by contributing to the community. Growing the community helps the system to have more economic value and this means we just created a bank saving accounts. No need for a bank, personal insurance, etc. You own part of this system.

Our basic idea is that we want to keep learning new things at work as we do in life. Learning, Growing, Changing. To do so we want to make people free to get job/collaboration easily. No more needs for a fixed role inside a company. Now you can get a project that you really like, so you can learn what you want.

Who does work across this platform? ideally, every job can go inside the platform, it might be easy to start with web related job. So we have Designer, Developer, Marketing people, Product and project people. Everyone can fit.

We are considering a ton of different cases and scenario, for this hackathon it might have sense to create an MVP that show some interesting UI elements. At the moment we are in a design phases.

We believe in this project and we run this hack to have some feedback, we do not care to win or lose, or run for the deadline.

@gichiba Got some inspiration mostly thinking about colony, gitcoin, cryptokitties, and my past experience. This comes from a problem that I actually have now. In my country to get retirement money from the government you need to pay contributions for a fixed 35 years otherwise you do not get a cents. Crazy stuff.
