Project Title Open Startup
Project Description Open Startup will be a web application that allow users to open companies (as colonies) and post projects/tasks. Freelancers will be able to join these projects, track, and submit their work, which will be reviewed by the company members. A smart contract will be established and will specify the rewards for each task introduced in the system. Once the freelancer finishes a specific task, he will submit it for approval by the community, and after there is consensus about the task's completion, the smart contract will execute and the programmer will receive his tokens plus an increase in reputation.
The tracking and review systems will be implemented using software products that are utilized by top tech companies.

Hey @calovera, I'm curious, the project as described sounds like a general description of what colony is meant to do. Have you considered refining the plan to do something more specific, or focused on a particular use-case?
I think that focusing really specifically on freelance workers could be a direction... where you might design or add some functionality that works with a type of freelance work you think is important.
Another direction might be something focused on the 'software products' you mentioned at the end -- using other tools to help you generate the task ratings. That would be a pretty big technical challenge to work on!
Anyways, these are just some ideas that I had upon reading your issue, so take them at face value!
@gichiba Sure thing! What I was planning is to integrate Colony with Trello (for tracking work progress) and reviewboard.org (or similar tool) in a dapp in which users have their own profiles (for either company or worker). Basically, we would have the entire workflow in just a web application; that's making a front end for Colony's smart contracts.

Alright, yeah, that's much clearer! I like the idea! I'm not very familiar with how trello apps work, but in principle this makes sense to me. I'll let you know if I have any thoughts or find anyone that might want to help with this!
