Incorporation: As a user I can see a Confirmation Page, after submitting the Verification Form

Description

In order to inform the user that their verification details have been submitted, we want to show a confirmation screen and a button to return to the incorporation screen.

Acceptance Criteria

• an option to see a success message and email contact
• an option to get back to Main View using "Got it, take me back" Button
