Add form validation

Description

This PR adds form validation. Description added in another PR. Only sidebar added in this PR. When a user clicks on a submit button, he will see a feedback of what fields are required. When form is not filled in, there is a red input field and an error message. There is an error message above the submit button with a counter and "Fix it" button.

Locked state of the form will be added in next PR.

Form is accessible at: /incorporation/create route.
