Description

In order to help prevent spam applications, there needs to be a process of staking tokens in order to make an application public to other members of the DAO.

Acceptance Criteria

• an option to see a modal
• an option to close modal with (x) icon
• an option to see a headline
• an option to see a "Force" toggle
• an option to see an icon with tooltip
• an option to see a stake
• an option to see a description
• an option to use "Cancel" or "Stake" button
