Yeah i was trying to off load everything on the main thread by spinning up CP and getting them to check with svn. The directory check will cause extra IO...

Suspect some encoding issue. I'm getting it occasionally.

Yes there is a cache for the diff. Maybe this should be cleared on commits.

@jacobweber If you make changes to the open file and commit does the gutter stiff show the changes made? Also if you go to a different window and back are...
