Cannot be installed in a bracelet

I edited one dial for MB6, edited images, exported to a BIN file. When you try to install the dial in the bracelet, you get a "bad sync" error. I tried to open the original, downloaded BIN file and then recompile it into the BIN, without any changes to the dial, but again the same error. I do not get it.
