[FR] Proxy protocol in mumble server communication

It would allow sending client's real IP to murmur eg. for banning and logging purpose.

There's issue on murmur side with possible workaround for this when using other proxies (like haproxy). https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble/issues/4769
