Please attach the crash report. That'll potentially save me from having to search for and install X random mods I've never heard of.

I don't see any direct relation to PortalGunFixer, though the log states you've got version 0.0.2 whereas only source code for version 0.0.1 is available on GitHub. Please either re-try with 0.0.1 or report the issue to wherever you got 0.0.2 from. If it happens with 0.0.1 as well, then please make sure it is actually caused by PortalGunFixer by removing as many unrelated third-party mods as possible, ideally being left only with PortalGunFixer+PortalGun+BP+Forgelin.

https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/portal-gun-fixer Found that version here. "This mod uses Mixin which means ASM, if there's an issue, report it to Portal Gun Fixer before anywhere else."
