Automatically destroy deprecated rooms

Add options to destroy rooms that:

  • [ ] are no more related to a video (after a certain period, to allow moderators to check content before)
  • [ ] have no activity since X days/weeks/monthes

This deletion could either be automatic, or manual from an admin page.
