Builtin Prosody: ConverseJS don't get room information on first query

Describe the bug

When using the Builtin Prosody, the first user opening a room don't get the room informations. It seems they are set too late, and ConverseJS keeps in cache what it get.

Seems to work for authenticated users, not anonymous ones.
