Don't unload hidden tabs which are playing audio

Problem Statement

Hidden tabs which are playing audio may be unloaded spontaneously if Tab Stash is configured to automatically choose when/which tabs to unload (i.e. "smart" unloading; the default). This will cause the audio to randomly stop playing; see:

Preferred Solution(s)

Exclude tabs from unloading which are playing audio and are not muted; see:
