Restore new Reader Mode tabs directly to Reader Mode rather than the original website

Problem Statement

Today Tab Stash detects if you stash a tab in reader mode, and will restore it back into reader mode only if it can find an open/recently-closed tab that is also in reader mode. Otherwise, it opens the site in non-reader mode.

Preferred Solution(s)

It would be nice if Tab Stash could notice that a site was originally stashed in reader mode, and restore it back to reader mode.

Additional Context

This previously didn't used to be possible, but Firefox seems to have added a browser.tabs.toggleReaderMode() API which should allow us to switch a tab into and out of reader mode. Investigate and see if this can be used to restore new tabs directly to reader mode.
