Generate one single (fat) framework

Hi, nice work. I'm wondering if is it possible to generate one single Framework instead of 4. Something similar to the old fashion fat libraries.

Sounds like a plan, I've noticed that several open source frameworks do that - so would be nice to update SwiftPlate to do the same. 👍
