Sorry, there used to be a wiki section in GitHub, and I wasnt sure if creating an issue just for that question would make sense, but if so i am happy for posterity reasons to do that.
I am also hoping once I get the website going to use my technical writing skills to help document the steps.

@doronkatz No reason to apologize at all! The best way would likely be to open a Pull-request, even if its just a question, in a new file. Then once we all learn, you could fill out the details for other to know. Otherwise @JohnSundell is quite good at responding on Twitter, if you post a comment, and I'll be happy to help with anything, as well :)
