Fix dupes; add playbook

Here's a couple things. The playbook was created without testing, so if you wouldn't mind testing and toss me any errors to resolve, or you can resolve yourself.

• Removed extra carriage returns, resolved duplicate added target package.
• Created Ansible playbook
