Edit icon wont appear for most played or achievements

The gear Icon that lets you tweak panels only appears on the game shelves, it will not appear on anything else.

Sometimes tags to genre feature will not apply. In order to fix I will have to re-enter the tag in order for it to be recognized. example: Configuration: ...
