Had the same exact issue a while ago, but couldn't find the cause. It was only happening for certain apps. (iPhone 6S, iOS 12.4) However upgrading to iOS 14 fixed it for me.

If the individual app binary is over about 150 megabytes, it will more than likely fail. I just looked up the app @Mila432 and it's slightly over 1.8 gigs. I don't know if it is something that could be fixed or implemented, but a crash when mapping a file that large seems expected to me.
