Why Use Aerial when Sonoma Has Similar Capability?

I think it would be helpful to write a FAQ on this (I'm happy to help).

I believe the differences are 1. Aerial enables third party videos, and 2. is much more configurable. I'm not sure how much disk space Sonoma's screensaver (with generous rotation) requires, and that should surely be part of the answer (even if Aerial uses more space, we might as well be honest!).

In addition to the third-party video support mentioned by Jimmbo, a more important thing of Aerial is that it provides the almost same function for macOS systems that are not Sonoma. In fact, this is precisely its purpose before Sonoma - to introduce a screen saver program similar to Apple TV for macOS. Btw I want Aerial provides more clock styles so that makes the screen saver more like Sonoma's.

Because it can be used across several displays. instead of a cloning like Apple does
