Screensaver not displaying music playing
- [ ] Mac model: MacBook Pro 13in M1 2020
- [ ] macOS version: 11.5.1
- [ ] Monitor setup: 3 monitors two are connected via usb (HDMI) but apple sees the screens as separate screens.
Playing music on Apple Music and its not displaying on screensaver
So can you check if it shows up if you press next on your keyboard ? Currently there's a limitation, the currently playing track won't show on startup because of some sandboxing restriction, I can only grab the next songs. So try and press next and it should show up.
I hope to have a workaround for this soon.
Yes, it does display the track when I advance the song. I think you must give permission to access apple music via system preferences (I know it’s more complicated than that, not a programmer 😊)

Ok great. And yep it's a bit complicated because I can't control the sandboxing stuff, I'm dependant on what Apple gives me to make it short, unlike other apps. I'll keep you posted when the fix is available.
