[FEATURE] 4 QoL UI/HUD improvements

1. ~~Make up/down arrows go through history in the console~~ added
2. Make ctrl + right click or ctrl + shift + left click reset settings to default value. This is common in audio plugins and it's very useful to go back to "recommended" values. It's also a feature in the Iris shaders mod, though it's just shift click which is easier to accidentally trigger.
3. Add blocklight level to HUD as an option. On the same note, maybe make the light overlay ESP as its own separate module.
4. Allow for more precise (higher decimal) direction/facing angle coordinates on the HUD. This helps for precise parkour or aligning yourself perfectly for whatever reason.
